I’m Dr Maren Deepwell, award-winning, independent consultant and executive coach. Based in Cardiff, Wales, I work with innovative organisations, teams and individual leaders in education and the third sector.
About Me
Over the course of my career I have gained a wide range of expertise in the creative arts, digital technology, teaching, senior leadership and governance.
As a consultant I specialise in impact evaluation, digital transformation and organisational development. I also teach and coach digital capabilities, hybrid working skills and leadership development.
My current research focus is on new leadership approaches to hybrid and remote work, with my second book due for publication in 2027.
